This Privacy Policy is not a model release. It does not, by itself, authorize Mona Lisa Photography to use a recognizable client image for advertising, public portfolio displays, social media, commercial promotion, contests, publications, or other public marketing.

When promotional or commercial use requires permission, permission will be addressed through a separate written model release, photography agreement, event agreement, or other documented authorization.

The agreement or release may describe the permitted use of the images and any restrictions that apply.

Declining an optional model release will not prevent a client from purchasing regular photography services unless the session was specifically advertised as a model call, promotional session, portfolio-building session, collaboration, or another arrangement in which image-use permission was disclosed as a required condition.

Images may also appear publicly when a client independently posts, shares, tags, uploads, or submits the image to a public platform. Any such use may also be governed by the terms and privacy settings of that platform.

Mona Lisa Photography may provide photography services involving babies, children, teenagers, families, Sweet 16 celebrations, quinceañeras, school-related events, birthdays, and other sessions involving minors.

Bookings, contracts, payments, image-use permissions, and privacy requests involving a minor must be completed or authorized by the minor’s parent, legal guardian, or another adult with lawful authority.

Our website is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children under the age of 13 without appropriate parental or guardian involvement.

Children under 13 should not submit booking forms, contact information, photographs, account information, or other personal information without permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

If Mona Lisa Photography learns that personal information was collected online directly from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.

When providing passport, visa, identification, or document photography, Mona Lisa Photography uses the photograph and related information to provide the service requested by the client.

Unless separately agreed in writing, Mona Lisa Photography does not submit passport applications or identification documents to government agencies on behalf of the client.

Clients are responsible for confirming the current photograph and application requirements of the government agency receiving the photograph.

Mona Lisa Photography cannot guarantee acceptance by a government agency when rejection results from changed government standards, application errors, incorrect information, or other circumstances outside our control.

Mona Lisa Photography does not intentionally retain copies of passports, Social Security cards, birth certificates, immigration records, or government identification documents unless retention is reasonably necessary, authorized, and legally permitted.
